Crawlspace Studios (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit crawlspace.in, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1 — What data we collect

When you sign up or submit a project enquiry through our website, we collect:

• Full name — so we know who we're speaking with.
• Email address — to follow up on your enquiry.
• Phone number — for WhatsApp or call follow-up if you consent.
• Onboarding answers — business type, team size, and project intent, to help us understand your needs.

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp) automatically via our hosting provider (Vercel). These are not linked to your identity.

2 — How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your project enquiry
• Understand what you're looking to build
• Send you relevant updates about our services (only if you've requested contact)

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or advertising.

3 — Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Ever.

Your data is stored securely via Supabase (our database provider) and accessed only by members of the Crawlspace Studios team. Supabase processes data in accordance with GDPR-compliant infrastructure.

4 — How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 14 business days.

Server logs are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically.

5 — Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we delete your data
• Objection — object to us using your data for a specific purpose

To exercise any of these rights, email us at studio@crawlspace.in with the subject line “Data Request”. We will respond within 14 business days.

6 — Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to remember that you have accepted this privacy policy, so we don't show the consent banner again. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

7 — Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
